Eleven more Dr. John Anderson King medical malpractice lawsuits settled recently. Dr. King was an osteopathic physician in Putnam General Hospital in Charleston from November 2002 until June 2003. During his employment, King’s care generated 124 different medical malpractice suits.

The amounts of the new settlements were not announced. Since the slew of lawsuits against him, King has filed for bankruptcy in Alabama and plans to become a Tennessee real-estate appraiser, although his application is still pending.
