McDonald’s Customer Sues after Fall Accident

June 18th, 2008 · No Comments

A McDonald’s customer, Carlton Carrier, sued after he slipped on a freshly mopped floor while holding his coffee.   Carrier broke his hip because of the accident in a Texas location.    According to the plaintiff, no warning signs were put out and he was not provided with a verbal warning about the slippery status of the nearby flooring.

The injury caused Carrier excruciating pain and he expects continued diminishing quality of life over the rest of his life.   Current medical bills from the accident total about $60,000 and Carrier expects to have anywhere between $30,000 and $50,000 in future expenses.
